Are you a United States citizen or are you an American? You can’t be both.

Many will ask, aren’t they the same? Isn’t every US citizen an American? And, aren’t most American citizens US citizens?

The answer to all three is no. Allow me to explain.

To enter a contract both parties must agree to the terms and conditions of the contract. No person is asked to enter this contract but is instead forced by the government to become US citizens by making the parents register the child’s birth. Not the individual who was born. However, once that child reaches 18 they are adults and can enter contracts. Even internet sites won’t allow you to join in most cases until you are 13. The government has stated that 13 is the minimum you must be to enter into these contracts. Yet at birth without any input you are forced into an agreement, meaning that agreement is null and void until agreed to by the individual.

Removing the first conundrum we are still left with this issue.

When parties enter an agreement, both parties are providing a service to the other. This is usually something of monetary value for both individuals.

Now let’s, for the sake of this article assume one party has broken the contract. What are the ramifications of that action? There may be penalties or the agreement may be canceled, it all depends on the contract itself. If not stated in the contract then it is usually the party that was damaged by breaking the contract who decides the fate of the agreement.

The United States government has violated the constitution countless times in just that last decade. You are likely a victim which means you decide the outcome of the agreement.

I, myself, have decided to end this agreement that I was forced into without any of my control before the age of consent. This makes me an American citizen and not a United States citizen.

The government has grown outside the scope allowed by the constitution.

The government has violated my rights and the rights of many citizens without any due process. Often times one or two people are enough to have rights removed instead of punishing those who violated the rules.
This includes freedom of movement, freedom of speech and expression, individual right to free choice, violating articles of the constitution, removing conditional rights of individuals which cannot be removed as stated by the constitution, the right to property, the right to be secure in our own property from illegal search and seizures, violating their own laws on racism, the freedom of the press, and the individual rights of liberty and freedom have all been violated. And, this is just naming a few that has personally occurred to me in the last 42 years.

So, set forth by the agreement that has been violated I hear by absolving the contract and become a sovereign American citizen.

The United States government no longer has the right to restrict any of my freedoms granted by the constitution.

Any United States government official who violates my rights granted by the constitution will be held accountable and charged under their rules using 18 USC 242.

The days of tyranny have ended and the days of freedom have arrived.
