(Updated 11/04/2021 to refect shot mandates)

In my opinion, there has never been a shortage of hypocrisy when it comes to the double standards of the Democratic party here in America. I could spend most of the day covering this issue alone but their latest display of ignorance is very abundant.

I would like to ask those who claim themselves to belong to the left do you support a “woman’s body, her choice” or "my body, my choice" when it comes to abortion? If so, why?

I have asked this question on several forums and on different YouTube videos. The answer I hear the most is, the government doesn’t have the right to tell a woman what she can and cannot do with her body. So, the left commonly supports abortion while those on the right are almost always against abortion.

Now answer me this. If the government doesn’t have the right to tell a woman that she doesn’t have the right to end a beating heart. That she has the right to do as she pleases because it's her body.

Then, how, does the government have the right to tell me or anyone else to wear a mask? It is our body, why do we not have this same choice over wearing a mask? We are not ending a heartbeat, we are not removing organs or tissue from our bodies, we are not even required to see a doctor to find out if wearing a mask is safe, since all individuals vary, it has been proven to be unsafe for many people.

So, how does the government have the right to force someone to wear a mask but at the very same government they don't have the right to tell a woman what she can and cannot do with her body?

The mask may be dangerous for an individual, yet the government is forcing those people to wear masks. So, they are put their health and life in the hands of someone else to make decisions for them.

(Update 11/04/2021) This very same question is thrown at the vaccine mandates. The shot has been proven to cause health issues in some, and it isn’t truly a vaccine since vaccines work for life. But, if they have the right to mandate the shot, then when will it stop? That would mean they could then mandate another, and other, and other. A booster here, a booster there. When does it end?

Which is it? They both cannot be right, if they are, then that’s clearly being very hypocritical.

But, wouldn’t that also mean since the government doesn’t have the right to tell a woman what she can and cannot do with her body, that should include the mask then too, right? It’s her body but you can force her to wear a mask but not to make her keep a living human being. Is it her body or not? If the government has the right to dictate masks, then surely, they should have the right to stop abortions.

I know many of you are going to argue that we were all forced to take vaccines before we entered public school. And, yes most were but not all. Those vaccines for starters, are vaccines. They work for a lifetime; they don’t lose the ability to fight off the disease as these covid shots do. Second, even those getting the vaccine can get infected. So, what is it really protecting against? The report from Israel clearly shows those who already had covid have a better protection against it, than the shot. So why would they need it? They don’t. The vaccines we took to enter public schools have been around for decades and are generally shown to be safe which that can be debated with the usage of a mercury preserver that hasn’t been thoroughly tested since, I believe it was 1926, to see if it was safe. Since mercury is one of the most toxic substances known to humans.

Please explain your reasoning in the comments. I would love to understand how you approach this very issue. I wouldn’t be surprised to find that those on the left jump on whatever the latest bandwagon of whatever someone is offended about that day. Not having any knowledge of what is really going on or any of the facts behind it other than what the others are chanting in their social circle, often an online community.
